Breakfast Burrito Bowls

1 pound of sausage
2 1/2 cups of chopped green peppers
1 cup of chopped onion
24 eggs
salt and pepper
cheese or gravy if available to top.

I cook the sausage, green peppers and onion until the sausage is cooked, add the eggs and mix well. I like to keep the heat around medium once I start adding eggs to give me more time.
