1 block cream cheese (8oz) better if at room temperature.
1 pack of Italian seasoning
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4-5 Chicken breast
Mix together cream cheese, soup and seasoning. I turned crockpot on high for half an hour and used immersion blender.
Put in frozen chicken breast and spoon to cover
Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
Serve over pasta
