Summer is here at\u00a0 or at least so close I can taste it! I have to work on Monday and Tuesday of this week but then I am free!\u00a0 The focus of meals will change to summer as well as to things that I can cook once and have for at least\u00a03 if not 4 other meals. My thought is that if I am cooking then I have to make it worth my while.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast- Saturday-We ended up eating at Rick’s in Denton as Bojangles was closed.\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday- Breakfast bowls\u00a0 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday\u2013 find it (oatmeal, omelets, cereal and milk ,sausage, pop-tarts, and eggs.\u00a0 I am planning to make banana bread at some point and also a baked oatmeal one day but we shall see.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lunch- Saturday-Snacks as we were at the swim meet.\u00a0 Sunday-Outback for Father’s Day.\u00a0The kids are not responsible for finding their own lunch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinner- Saturday-Matt and I had a date night with Sushi\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday- Chicken tortellini\u00a0on the Blackstone ,Monday-\u00a0Baked potatoes and Cucumber appetizers.\u00a0 Tuesday- Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad.\u00a0Wednesday-\u00a0 Baked Ziti with lots to spare Thursday- Hot ham and cheese sliders with veggie tray\u00a0 Friday- Tacos (I am hoping to make and can\u00a0 some meat as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
