Summer is just around the corner. So that means that we are eating lots of fresh fruit and veggies. I am also trying to cook once and use it for different things. For example, on Thursday, I made 5 pounds of potatoes into mashed potatoes.\u00a0 I froze 1\/3 of that, used 1\/3 for dinner and the last 1\/3 will be used for dinner on Tuesday.\u00a0 \u00a0I will be making a squash casserole and freezing the remainder for future meals.<\/p>\n
Breakfast- Saturday-Matt’s breakfast casserole.\u00a0 \u00a0 Sunday- Leftovers or eggs. Monday-\u00a0 Zucchini Bread, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday\u2013 find it (breakfast burritos, oatmeal, omelets, cereal and milk, sausage, pop-tarts, and eggs.<\/p>\n
Lunch- Saturday-Hibachi on the black stone\u00a0 \u00a0 Sunday-Christo’s\u00a0 \u00a0 Monday- salad Tuesday,-left-overs\u00a0 \u00a0Wednesday- eat out\u00a0 Thursday- left-overs.\u00a0 Friday- eat out.<\/p>\n
Dinner- Saturday-Left-overs\u00a0 Sunday- Chicken sausage and torllia on the Blackstone\u00a0 Monday-\u00a0 Chicken sandwiches and FF Tuesday-Cube steak, mashed potatoes and squash casserole\u00a0 \u00a0Wednesday- Sweet and sour chicken and rice.\u00a0 Thursday- Cheeseburger on Pretzel buns with FF, Friday- Pork chops, mac and cheese and applesauce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
