We had our second freezer stop working properly last week. Luckily were were able to plug up the electric cooler and set it to freeze and only lost a couple of items which are really not lost as they went to feed the chickens. We are currently looking at our budget to decide how quickly we need to replace it. The problem comes in when we make a Costco trip and need space for convivence items. I was able to make a batch of spaghetti sauce on Saturday which we used for two meals and I canned two more jars.<\/p>\n

This was planned and should make the week much easier.
