Below is the inventory of the items that we made from our 120# of chicken. I have linked most to recipe that I used. A lot of these are total new to us so\u00a0 my plan is to come back and make a quick comment regarding how we liked it. Then the next time we try this I will have a starting place as to what to fix and what to replace. I am a little disappointed as I did not have enough chicken to complete 2 of the meals I wanted to try so next time these may replace what is don&#8217;t like.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 packs of shredded\u00a0chicken<\/li>\n<li>4 <a title=\"Chicken and Broccoli Cassrole\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coffeefreakdesigns.com\/teenstotsandeverythinginbetween\/?page_id=1550\" target=\"_blank\">chicken and broccoli casserole <\/a>(my recipe) this is a favorite around here and can be serve immediately or freeze for a quick easy meal.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Welcome School chicken pie\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coffeefreakdesigns.com\/teenstotsandeverythinginbetween\/?page_id=1546\" target=\"_blank\">Welcome school chicken pie<\/a>&#8211; Awesome good, homemade&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>4 <a title=\"Chicken Fried Rice\" href=\"http:\/\/www.30daygourmet.com\/RecipePrint\/PrintDisplay.aspx?ID=1059\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken Fried Rice<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 <a title=\"Chicken Cacciatore\" href=\"http:\/\/www.onehundreddollarsamonth.com\/freezer-meal-recipe-chicken-cacciatore\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken Cacciatore<\/a>&#8211; I should have made only 2 of these but I hope they are good<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Garlic Ranch Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/fabulesslyfrugal.com\/fabuless-freezer-cooking-garlic-ranch\/\" target=\"_blank\">Garlic Ranch Chicken<\/a>&#8211; good grilled chicken. Worth repeating<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Chicken Fajitas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coffeefreakdesigns.com\/teenstotsandeverythinginbetween\/?page_id=1560\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken Fajitas<\/a>&#8211; I can&#8217;t figure out where I got this recipe I copied it to this page.<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Creamy Chicken Italian-O\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overthebigmoon.com\/category\/recipes\/freezer-meals\/\" target=\"_blank\">Creamy Chicken Italian-O<\/a>\u00a0not bad, smells great, taste average, may repeat.<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Caf\u00e9 Rio Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overthebigmoon.com\/category\/recipes\/freezer-meals\/\" target=\"_blank\">Caf\u00e9 Rio Chicken<\/a>-yummy, it did not taste as good as it smelled but still worth repeating!<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Pineapple Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overthebigmoon.com\/category\/recipes\/freezer-meals\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pineapple Chicken<\/a>&#8211; a lot of work for something that taste like Chicken<\/li>\n<li>2 <a title=\"Garlic Lime Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overthebigmoon.com\/category\/recipes\/freezer-meals\/\" target=\"_blank\">Garlic Lime Chicken<\/a>&#8211; Matt&#8217;s favorite!<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0<a title=\"World's Best Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.overthebigmoon.com\/category\/recipes\/freezer-meals\/\" target=\"_blank\">World&#8217;s Best Chicken<\/a>&#8211; it taste like chicken, very moist but not anything I would say was worth the effort that went it to it!<\/li>\n<li>4 packs of chicken strips that we will add a bottle of Italian dressing to and marinate for 3 day before grilling. Each bag should equal 2 meals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This makes a total of 47\u00a0 meals. My thought is that in reality this will be 50 meals or more including leftovers at least one night.\u00a0\u00a0 I will add another post with the details of how long it took to actually prepare these meals and how I complete the task on a very busy Saturday for us.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have an easy freezer chicken recipe to share?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To avoid our house!
