thI love to shop at CVS. This week the reason is that I can shop their Black Friday special on Sunday morning instead of Friday morning when I will be 800 miles away. I did plan ahead just a bit by getting my list all organized on Thursday and I also prepared a baked oatmeal for Matt and the kids to eat.<\/p>\n
I am very pleased with my trips. Yes, I ended up making a total of 3 trips CVS on Sunday: however only the first was strictly for couponing.\u00a0 We decided to order a calendar for a gift and after picking it up on the first trip, it had not been bond so the\u00a0second trip was to get the calendar fixed. Our third stop was part of date just because we were driving by.\u00a0I was\u00a0disappointed in several things, the first was they started giving me a hard time as I walked into the store about using 2 cards, I responded by stating “I have two households and they should \u00a0call corporate\u00a0before making\u00a0policy changes.”\u00a0 They ended\u00a0 up being very nice\u00a0and did not have a\u00a0problem with my separate transactions at all. The other problem was a \u00a0bigger problem, neither of the store\u00a0carried several of the main sale items, nor the one that was a money maker.\u00a0 In addition, neither store would give rain checks because they were not items the store usually carried, in the past, I have gotten rain checks and used\u00a0later\u00a0at larger stores\u00a0. But this\u00a0only put a damper on the trip but did not ruin it.<\/p>\n
For the sake of ease and because in reality it was a single\u00a0\u00a0day,\u00a0 I am combining all receipts to one big item.<\/p>\n
