This is probably one of the most important weeks for us in regards to menu planning. The new months starts on Monday and until then, the goal is to only buy what is absolutely necessary.\u00a0\u00a0 By sticking to the plan we should be able to sail into October on a budget high note!<\/p>\n
Breakfast<\/strong>\u2013 Pancakes, toast with\u00a0 jelly, yogurt, \u00a0cereal, poptarts,\u00a0and grits will be out breakfast for the week. Saturday morning- Pancakes Sunday morning- Bacon Egg and cheese biscuits<\/p>\n Lunch- <\/strong>. Lunches were all planned and mostly packed on Sunday,\u00a0 including a salad day for all three kids that we were able to use lettuce from our garden to achieve.<\/p>\n Dinner<\/strong>\u2013Things are going really well with me arriving at home\u00a0 for dinner most nights of the week.<\/p>\n Saturday- Lunch:\u00a0Grilled Cheese Sandwiches \u00a0\u00a0 Dinner- Stuffed Green Pepper soup- This was awesome! I get to enjoy leftovers for lunch at least one day.<\/p>\n Sunday- Lunch-\u00a0Cowboy Beans (previously made) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Dinner-Coconut shrimp<\/p>\n Monday-\u00a0Spinach Ravioli- Finishing up a\u00a0bag.
