Today is Snow Day #2 for us.\u00a0 The kids school has already been cancelled for tomorrow and I would bet a delay or closure again on Tuesday. I have a really short day at work tomorrow to begin with so even if I go regular schedule, we should still enjoy another day with extra time at home.\u00a0 I feel very confident and satisfied with our breakfast choices. I am also extremely hopefully to keep our grocery budget less than $100 this month as we have finally completed a plan for the month.\u00a0 You will notice more elaborate, read time consuming, meals at the beginning of the week.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Saturday- pancakes. Sunday-\u00a0French toast\u00a0 Monday-Egg muffins Tuesday-\u00a0 baked oatmeal Wednesday- choices. Thursday-\u00a0 Choices Friday- Choices.\u00a0 Saturday- Pancakes Choices include : pancakes, baked oatmeal, \u00a0eggs, grits, French toast, toast or cereal.<\/p>\n

Lunch- <\/strong>Zach and Kendall have chicken and stars soup, chicken nuggets, ham and cheese roll up, homemade lunchable and chips w\/salsa. I am taking left-overs this week.<\/p>\n

Dinner-<\/strong>\u00a0 Saturday- Chicken Stew Dinner-\u00a0Chicken Stew.
\nSunday- Lunch-\u00a0personal pizza on bread\u00a0Dinner-\u00a0shoulder roast with carrots and potatoes, deviled eggs and broccoli corn bread.
\nMonday-\u00a0Copy cat lettuce wraps
\nTuesday-\u00a0Alice Springs chicken with\u00a0sweet\u00a0potatoes and pineapple
\nWednesday-\u00a0\u00a0Sloppy joes and FF
\nThursday-\u00a0Stuffed green peppers
\nFriday-\u00a0Leftovers or pizza.<\/p>\n

Matt will be going to pick up buns for our sloppy joes along with eggs this week before our local Aldi closes for remodeling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
