The\ncountdown until the end of school is on! We have 3 more weeks and I have one\nadditional week of workdays. One of the ways I want to save money this\nmonth is by limiting our grocery budget. If I don\u2019t go to Costco that\nsignificantly reduces my spending. I currently have spent $145 on groceries. My\ngoal is to make it the rest of the month with spending less than $50. I know we\nneed to buy both paper towels and toilet paper with that money. I do hope\nto use Swagbucks to earn at least one $25 gift cards to help with the cost of\nthese needed items. The homemade uncrustables were a huge hit, in fact, I\nmade 16 more for the next couple of week. I even made a breakfast quiche\nfor myself <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Breakfast- Saturday Sausage biscuit – Sunday-biscuits and gravy.\n Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday\u2013 Choice of breakfast burrito,\noatmeal, grits, cereal, or toast. Wednesday- baked oatmeal- peanut\nbutter\/chocolate chip<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lunch\u2013Saturday-breakfast burritos from\nSonic Sunday- Stuffed green peppers. Monday\u2013\nsalad and veggie day. Tuesday\u2013Wednesday-Thursday and Friday- uncrustables\nfor the kids, I will take a combination of left-overs and salad items. I even\nmade homemade chicken salad to use this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dinner \u2013 Saturday-Pizza \u00a0\u00a0Sunday\u2013Grilled spam, sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. Monday-Hamburger helper Tuesday\u2013 soft tacos\u00a0 \u00a0Wednesday\u2013Grilled pork chops \u00a0Thursday\u2013Chicken pot pie .
