Crustless Salmon Quiche . <\/a>This recipe is again from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. I did make one change to the recipe itself. I decided to split it in half because I figured I would be the only one eating it. I also did not want to eat it for the next two weeks straight because I can stand to throw food away. I was able to dash to the kitchen and pull the entire thing together between students. I set the timer and enjoyed a nice hot lunch. The quiche did turn out nice and fluffy.
