I just want a normal week is it possible?\u00a0 I received a phone call on Sunday afternoon that one of Zach’s classmates has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on quarantine and can’t return to school until February 4th.\u00a0 I am going to work remotely Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week….. In other news it is cold and rainy, so I am changing up plans to include lots of soup. I am also continuing to work 5 nights a week in Guam which means less fuss for meal time.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/strong>\u2013 Saturday-homemade biscuits and gravy\u00a0 Sunday- Breakfast bowls\u00a0 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-choice of breakfast muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal or grits, breakfast burritos, bagels or omelets.<\/p>\n

Lunch-\u00a0<\/strong> Saturday\u2013Left-overs\u00a0 Sunday- Gregg’s\u00a0 \u00a0Everyone is enjoying left-overs or wraps this week.<\/p>\n

Dinner-\u00a0<\/strong> Saturday-\u00a0 Stuffed Green Pepper Soup\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday-left-overs. Monday-Kielbasa and rice. Tuesday-I made oyster stew and others can eat from fridge . Wednesday- Instapot Beef and Broccoli (new recipe)\u00a0 \u00a0Thursday- Chicken Spaghetti\u00a0 \u00a0Friday- Salisbury Steak and scallop potatoes, green beans and corn bread.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
