Trying something new this week. I have 3 different casseroles on the menu. IF they are good then this will give us another option for busy night next fall.\u00a0 It did take about 2 hours to do all the prep on Sunday but this included lunch making as well.\u00a0 We actually have a handle on the left-overs as well.\u00a0 \u00a0Now to stay the course.<\/p>\n
Breakfast<\/strong>\u2013 Saturday-Matt and I went to a local restaurant\u00a0 Sunday- French Toast\u00a0 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-choice of breakfast muffins, eggs, pop-tarts, sausage, oatmeal, cereal or grits, breakfast burritos, or omelets.\u00a0 Need to finish eating down lots of extra helpings.<\/p>\n Lunch-\u00a0<\/strong> Saturday\u2013Left-overs\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday- Left-over Chinese\u00a0 \u00a0I assembled salads,\u00a0 and a pasta salad\u00a0 The kids will eat left-overs\u00a0 on Wednesday.<\/p>\n Dinner-\u00a0<\/strong> Saturday-\u00a0 Chinese\u00a0 \u00a0Sunday-Kids are sick…we ate chicken nuggets\u00a0 Monday-Baked potato casserole (kids Really liked it)\u00a0 Tuesday-Southwest Casserole\u00a0 \u00a0Wednesday- Taco Bell\u00a0 or Ballgame Thursday- Spaghetti casserole Friday- Zach and Kendall are going to Haleys’ so who know?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Trying something new this week.
