Just to be honest this is not a really saucy type stuffed green pepper and that is what my family tends to enjoy.
6-8 large green pepper or 14 small to medium green peppers
Cut each in half and remove seeds and membrane.
Place in large pot with enough warm water to cover. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
Remove from water and sprinkle with salt on both sides allow to dry completely.
1/2 pound of ground beef
small onion
2 medium tomatoes peeled and diced.
1 cup of Rice- Cooked.
Saute beef, onion and tomato together in 2 tablespoons of butter. After fully cooked add rice and combine well.
Place meat mixture in green pepper and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
