Here is a link to the article that I used
1 pound of sweet potato cut into 1/4″ width strips
Combine in bag 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Shake strips in bag until well coated, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and shake again.
Place on parchment paper on baking sheet in oven at 400 for 15 minutes, turn bake additional 15 minutes.
